Patrick Quillinan
Patrick is the
Senior Security Investigator for Takeda Pharmaceuticals, U.S.A., Inc. His primary assignments include
investigations, management of the workplace conduct/violence program, and
presentation of employee safety related awareness programs. He has served as a
police officer for the Village of Lincolnshire, retiring after thirty years as
the police department's Operations Commander. He served as liaison to the
Northern Illinois Terrorism Task Force, Northern Illinois Police Alarm System
(NIPAS), Lake County Metropolitan Enforcement Group (MEG), and the Southern
Lake County Regional Action Planning Project for Gang Enforcement and
Prevention.
Patrick earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Western
Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois and a Master's degree in Business
Leadership and Management from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. He is a graduate of the Southern Police
Institute's Command Officer's Development Program, Louisville, Kentucky, and a
graduate of Northwestern University's Police Staff and Command, Evanston,
Illinois. He is an ASIS Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), past
President of the Illinois Traffic Safety Leaders advocacy group and currently
serves as the President of the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Threat
Assessment Professionals (ATAP).
