Interrupting
employee movement toward problematic behavior
Talent management is a fragmented,
complex, costly challenge organizations must continually navigate. Behavioral
and performance data are routinely collected but siloed within disparate
systems that do not communicate effectively or efficiently. Role changes result
in lost institutional knowledge and the opportunity for previous problems to
start anew with little to no historical information. This presentation will
explore an innovative approach that leverages data from existing systems to
identify factors related to an increased risk for problematic behavior and
helps employers proactively address emerging talent management challenges. The
result is elevated standards of employee and supervisor accountability,
improved supervisory practices, and improved employee morale.
