We're currently hunting for a Business Development Rockstar that can change the game in the Physical/Electronic Security Industry.  If you're passionate about challenging the status quo, presenting disruptive solutions, believe in and embrace technology (both personally and professionally), and are highly motivated to succeed with a "Winner's attitude" we should talk ASAP!

  • Experience
  • Aggressive Hunter - ability to cold call, network, secure referrals, join organizations, etc
  • Must have IT or technical background in sales.
  • 5+ years of professional sales experience calling on a diversified customer base
  • Experience in positioning a complex sale across multiple points of contact
  • Ability to discover ways to improve the prospects position & present value-added solutions
  • Experience in integrated security industry a plus but not necessary.
  • Low voltage, IT, Electrical, or Data Systems  professionals  encouraged to apply.
  • Must have an understanding of basic security system design principles.
  • Must understand and know how to read specifications and job drawings.
  • Should have a general understaning of IP network concepts.
  • Should have a general understanding of video management systems and network video concepts.
  • Highly motivated with a winners attitude, results oriented
  • Experience selling services, RMR and equipment
  • Embracing of "Social Business" (LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, etc.)
  • Introduction to Challenger Sales concepts is a big plus (i.e. delivering insight, teaching Customers, etc.)
  • Technology savvy; solid understanding of technology trends
  • Media presentation skills; PowerPoint, WebEx, Prezi, etc.
  • Self-disciplined with strong work ethic
  • Skill in persuasive oral & written communications
  • Outgoing personality with a strong professional appearance & demeanor
  • Ability to think on your feet, field industry questions on the fly
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse levels of an organization

Telecommuting is allowed.

Additional Salary Information: Very significant commission structure on top of a competitive salary
